These terms govern your use of Tickario (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Tickario is a time-tracking tool: timers, a journal, a calendar and tasks, project and client rates, and reports you can export or share. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. The first sign-in creates your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure and for activity in your account.
  • Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law or other people’s rights while using the service.
  • Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
  • Do not use automated means to create accounts or scrape the service.

4. Your content

You own the data you put into Tickario. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for what you share through report links.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend exporting reports you rely on.

6. Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@tickario.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Tickario is a record-keeping tool and is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new version. We will change the date above when the terms change.
